I Just Want To Say. . .
. . . thank you. Thank you first and foremost to almighty God. While some live on faith, I happen to KNOW for a fact He's lookin out for us. So thank you first to Him.
Next, I want to say a special thank you to Lu, Dennis and Darrian for the spot. Also, thanks to Gregory for vacating the space in time so I could get in and start the makeover process. Big thanks to Jose Naranjo of Naranjo Construction for doing all the construction and drywall work for the office space. Gregory and Jose N. get big love because they stayed here with me every night til about 5 in the morning for a week straight getting all the big stuff done, allowing us to open up in time. I will never forget that guys. Thanks to Mohammad for the insurance hook up, Mir for the merchant hook up, Omar for the Bank Account hook up, and Maria for being the most amazing emergency crisis worker in the history of the world. Thank you to Leo for the mirror work, and Luis L. for that hook up. Thank you to the ladies of Urban Vibe (Jackie, Lili, Kathleen, Tati and Rachel, among others) who did a fabulous job spending all kinds of our money in getting the place looking nice. Thanks also to Miguel and Resie for giving us access to photoshop to help edit and improve the beautiful pictures all around the studio. Also, thanks to Attorney Shyam Dixit of Dixit & Karch, P.A. for all your lessons, encouragement, advice and support.
A very special thank you to my bros, Pablo and Jorge, for agreeing to jump into this journey with me to make a dream come true. Thank you to everyone who has had our back since day one and have showed love and support - including all the other successful latin dance studios and companies who came and supported our grand opening. In the words of my first Salsa instructor "this City is big enough for all of us." I agree love. And thanks to all of you who continue to look out for us as we start this long, beautiful journey together.
. . . and lastly, thank you to my mother, my father and sister Michelle for keeping me grounded, giving me a good foundation, and always encouraging me to follow my dreams. I love and miss you very much. I truly recognize that without the grace of God and the genuine loving friends and family around me, I am absolutely nothing. Thank you all.
